Chef Lucy Timm - ex Sager & Wilde, 26 Grains and others - is popping up at 4 restaurants around London this August, spending 1-5 days in each one. Lots of chefs are doing short term stints at the moment, but I think this is the first time one has announced four at a time, covering different parts of the capital, including SE5, N15 and N1.
