Honey & Co have opened a bakery pop-up at 47 Lamb's Conduit St, Bloomsbury, selling freshly baked breads, cookies and cakes, plus a good range of freshly made sandwiches. It is open six days a week, Mondays to Saturdays, from 9am to 5pm, and is opposite the main Honey & Co restaurant at number 54, essentially opposite this shop unit. Note that this is a bakery pop-up, not a pop-up bakery; things are not baked on site, but baked at their site off Tottenham Court Road and delivered fresh every day.
Earlier in the year they were using it as a soup pop-up, and I understand the idea is to change the concept every few months to keep it fresh and seasonal. When I visited on a Saturday lunchtime it was busy and buzzing, with a steady stream of customers coming in and shopping.
There is also a fridge for drinks, and jars of sauces and more on sale, There is even a table where people can sit in and enjoy their purchases - I had a big smoked chicken focaccia sandwich (see pic).
