Happy Endings, the ice cream and dessert company created by Terri Mercieca, has popped up in the hatch at the Pavilion Cafe in Victoria Park, E9, serving their own soft serve ice creams, Thursdays to Sundays for the summer of 2023. Note that this is open in daytime - sadly no late night snacks!
I've been a big fan of Terri's work since first meeting her a few years ago. Visit this pop-up (obviously), but also look out for her ice cream sandwiches which you can find in quite a few shops around London, and in some restaurants. Here is a list of Happy Endings stockists.
