Moon Cheese - Alex & Evan - cook amazing toasties from their hut in Hopewell Square, E14, just a few minutes walk from Canning Town tube station, and next to The Lockdown Room, a large, modern bar. They are there every day, usually til about 5pm, and well worth the trip. Look out for them in new sites later this year too!
No, it's not an egg... this is their pesto & tomato toastie, with a mix of cheddar & mozzarella 😋, hence the colouring.
You order from the hut, but then you can take it into the bar to eat, or just sit out in the open.
The toasties are very popular with the locals and the local businesses, including the ballet school!
