Royale is a new rotisserie chicken pop-up that started during lockdown. While the Michelin-starred restaurant Leroy could not open they created Royale as a delivery brand, biking chicken around East London, and gradually adding new items to the menu. You can follow their journey from creation in May on their Instagram account.
They are now in the kitchen at the East London Liquor Company in Bow Wharf, E3, serving Fridays to Sundays (& also doing deliveries & collection. Can't wait to visit!
