The Omni Collective, comprising chefs Jessica McGill and George Matheou (ex NOPI, & Duck Soup), has taken over the kitchen at Stockton bar at 2 Deptford High Street, SE8. They are serving their plant-based sharing plates - both big & small - from Tuesday to Sunday evenings. Omni has been popping up around London for a couple of years, but I have yet to try their food - something I need to rectify!
