Gizzi Erskine's The Nitery Pop-up at the St Martin's Lane Hotel

This one is something special - Gizzi Erskine, a chef who has held pop-ups throughout her career, is opening a 3 month pop-up restautant, The Nitery, at the St Martin's Lane Hotel, south of Covent Garden.  It will be open from 7am til late with a menu inspired by French, American and British cooking, and even serving Sunday Roasts in March and April.  This one is already creating an amazing buzz - check out their Instagram page here.

"Award-winning chef, food writer and broadcaster Gizzi Erskine is being welcomed to the St Martins Lane family as The Nitery by Gizzi Erskine opens for a three-month residency from 13 February - 30 April in St Martins Lane Kitchen. Encompassing sumptuous French, American and English biodynamic food, wine and cocktails, The Nitery will blend experimental ingredients with nostalgic, classic dishes under hedonistic, bohemian settings inspired by the early 20th century Parisian ‘niteries’. Bringing a playful take on much loved comfort food, menus will include an All Day Dining Menu with some lighter lunch specials, a set Pre & Post-Theatre Menu and a traditional Sunday Roast Menu."
