Vinery London, the honesty wine bar inspired by the Weinerei 'pay what you think it is worth' wine bars in Berlin, is back for three more Friday nights in the second half of 2019, on 19th July, 13th September, and 6th December, all at Benk+Bo in E1, near to Liverpool Street station. Tickets to get in are just £5.50 + £1.02 fees, and then pay a donation as you leave. I've been to one and it's great fun. Don't take the piss when they ask you to pay; you're spoiling it for everyone.
"We are back for another year of Vinery London, the only honesty wine bar in London! We will be hosting 3 of our events at a truly fantastic space which won us over as soon as we stepped in.
Please join us at one or all of our Vinery events at Benk + Bo which is centrally located between Aldgate underground and Liverpool St Station. It’s a space set over two floors with Scandinavian design features and lush foliage. A great and relaxed atmosphere to meet with old friends or make new ones.
At Vinery London the cost of this ticket gets you entry and a wine glass which you can top up as much as you like throughout the evening. We operate an honesty bar which means that before you leave, we ask that guests pay a donation according to the amount that was drunk and how much you thought the evening was worth. We accept cash and card donations on the door.
