The Carcass Cartel's Nose To Tail Dinners at the Hackney Church Brew Co

The Carcass Cartel is a group of chefs - including Elliot Cunningham from Lagom, Elizabeth Haigh (Kaizen House) and John Chantarasak (AngloThai), who will be cooking up a feast at the Hackney Church Brew Co on Monday 10th & Tuesday 11th June 2019.  Over the dinner they will be cooking a lamb from nose to tail, and tickets cost just £45 for 5 courses or £75 for the full eight.  There will also be cocktails from Pritesh Mody from World Of Zing, and of course lots of beer at the bar of the venue, the Hackney Church Brew Co.  The dinner sounds extraordianry - and a great chance to try all these chefs in just one night.

"The Carcass Cartel will be taking influences and flavours from across Asia for a truly unique evening of nose-to-tail eating and live fire cooking featuring some of London's most exciting chefs.
As part of the event we have been following the journey of a lamb from birth to plate and will be using the animal in it's entirety, featuring on the menu plus some killer lamb offal hors d’oeuvres throughout the night.
By getting a few pretty skilful chefs together - cue Elizabeth Haigh (Kaizen House), John Chantarasak (AngloThai), Angel Zapata Martin (Barrafina and Parillan), Ivan Tisdall-Downes (Native), Elliot Cunningham (Lagom), DJ BBQ, Whole Beast - Carcass Cartel will focus on the lesser used parts of meat and highlight all of the delicious ways you can cook it.

Sam Bryant & Alicja Specjalna (Whole Beast)
