Jérémy Bouchet, is bringing his Le Bouchon pop-up to The Bach in Hoxton for just two nights in June - Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th. Expect a showcase of modern Lyonnaise cuisine over 5 courses, with seatings starting at 6.30pm each night. Dinner is just £50, and there are only 50 places each night - hurry!
"Jérémy Bouchet, Head Chef of Le Bouchon, is bringing its exquisite, modern Lyonnaise cuisine to The Bach Hoxton for 2 exclusive nights this summer. Jérémy and his team have designed a unique French dining experience bringing the flavours of Lyon to London.
The menu will showcase Lyonnaise cuisine with a modern touch alongside exciting new dishes and feature a mix of iconic ingredients such as cervelle de canut, snails, or praline rose.
Over the past 7 years, Jérémy has been perfecting his craft in various London Michelin star restaurants.
Building on these successes, he decided to launch his pop up restaurant, Le Bouchon, with his business partner Maxime Nonglaton. Both passionate about gastronomy, they are proud to honour Auguste Escoffier's memory as Disciples of Escoffier."
