Le Bun, one of the most active pop-ups from a few years ago, is back after an 18 month break,with a one month street food residency in Ely's Yard in the Old Truman's Brewery (the yard with the 'Obey' & 'Invader' street art). Le Bun Shack will be open from Tuesday 12th March at 6pm, and then Weds-Sun from noon, until 9th April 2019. Go to have their much missed burgers, including Le Truffle Double Double, and more!
"Legendary French-American burger creators Le Bun are launching Le Bun @ Truman from Tuesday 12th March in Elys Yard off Brick Lane for a 4 week pop-up, serving their classic Le Truffle Double Double burger (Buzzfeed’s no.1 in London), Le Truffle Cheeseburger and Cheeseburger.
New to the 2019 menu is the Truffle Honey Bacon burger – truffle honey bacon, truffle mayo & confit onions in burnt butter (the first ever bacon-laced burger for Le Bun) and Le Royale Cheeseburger, a nod to a West Coast/ In-N-Out style cheeseburger.
The Le Bun Shack will be officially open from Tuesday 12th March from 6pm. From then every Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm to 9pm (to the 9th of April).
