Assia Rosica's Cookery Class & Supper Club at The Barbican

Assia Rosica's long-running 'My Home From Umbria' supper club is returning this spring with a cooking class where you can learn how to make pasta, culminating in a supper club style dinner, where you will eat and drink.  The 4 hour class & dinner costs just £70 and will focus on meatballs with tomato sauce - an essential for any aspiring chef, or even home cook.  It's taking place on both Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd March 2019.

"Ciao everybody,
I have finally got the new dates for my italian cooking club.
I have confirmed to bring over our very own chef Mondi  from my family resort in Italy and what a special lesson is going to be...! He has worked for us for over 20 years and he is flying over especially to relaunch for My Home from Umbria cooking classes.
The lesson will consist on how to make a traditional meatballs tomatoes sauce with handmade tagliatelle and vegeterian option on request.
A very traditional recipe for the love of pasta!
After experiencing the joy of making your very own pasta, we will demonstrate how to make the fantastic meatballs sauce and a surprise dessert.
Once you get the grip you will never loose it for life, as Mondi says is very easy but practice makes perfect!
The event will take place on the 1st and 2nd of March in Barbican, it will start at 17:30 for approximately four hours.
This is a very exlusive class for 15 people, please contact me to reserve tickets indicating the day and I will email you a confirmation (assiarosica@gmail.com)
Price is £70 including wine from our local canteen in Umbria, and it will be served during the meal.
A great way to someone's heart is giving them a cookery lesson!!!
Looking forward to seeing you!!!"
