Mole Taco Bar is a mid-week pop-up at the Cocochan Asian fusion restaurant, at 38-40 James St, Mayfiar. It's open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 12 noon til 11pm, and has just extended into 2019 thanks to a successful run before Christmas. The menu includes Ceviche, Anticuchos (Peruvian skewers), a choice of Tacos (including Baja fish tacos), Churros, and a good mix of Mexican cocktails. I haven't been yet, but plan to rectify that soon - the pics look great!
