La Famiglia Rana has launched a range of fresh pasta kits, and to celebrate are opening a five week pop-up Italian grocery at 51 Marylebone High Street (the top end). Visit from 9th November to buy their kits, plus lots of hard to find Italian produce and household accessories. There will also be classes - sign up here - including Italian cookery, and wine pairing. The space will be very Instagram friendly, and photography will be actively encouraged!

Visitors looking to pick up a few groceries can pick-and-mix their favourite fresh artisanal ingredients before receiving free, expert instruction from Italian pasta chefs on preparing and plating them into original, beautiful and delicious, restaurant-quality meals at home. Those who can’t wait to tuck in to their chosen delicacies can even have them prepared in store.
Learn a new skill….
Those looking to brush up their skills can participate in one of around 50 workshops taking place over the course of the five weeks, including: how to prepare a fresh pasta meal, pasta making, food photography and ingredients tastings. Master classes will be held by members of Italy’s most best-loved pasta family leading participants in an exploration of the delights of pasta traditions. Instagram aficionados including Food Feels, Cutlery Chronicles and Giulia Mule will also be hosting master classes, including food photography and styling.
Or… just let your inner stylist go wild.
Those on the hunt for the perfect Instagram-worthy content, or looking to practice their food photography will find an infinite number of combinations of beautiful produce, backdrops and props all free for them to use - with store-assistants on hand to help them build stunning sets and original arrangements. Prizes will be awarded for the best photos posted on Instagram each week, including the chance to have a member of La Famiglia Rana who will cook dinner at a winner’s home.
The fresh pasta kits will be priced from £10.
Proceeds from sales of both kits and the workshops will be donated to charity partner FoodCycle."
