Klose & Soan's 3 Month Residency at Louie Louie in SE17


Klose & Soan - Matt Klose (formerly of pop-up Grub London) and Sam Soan (previously Head Chef Camberwell arms & Franks cafe) - have taken over the kitchen at Louie Louie in Walworth Road, SE17, serving up seasonal dishes from Monday to Saturday evenings.  On Monday nights they will be holding great value pasta nights, offerng a choice of sauces with tagliatelle for just £12.50 with a glass of house wine or beer.  Need to try this!

"From Monday to Saturday, we transform into a bar & restaurant featuring rotating Chefs In Residence preparing a broad range of cuisines from NY to Iran, Tel Aviv to Oaxaca, Dulwich to Hiroshima, natural wines and local beers. On selected Sunday evenings, we operate supper clubs with WeFiFo .
From Oct 1 until Christmas, we welcome KLOSE & SOAN for a six-nights-a-week evening service take over.
A partnership between chefs Matt Klose (formerly Grub London) and Sam Soan (previously Head Chef at Camberwell Arms & Franks Cafe), their ethos is simple: to use the best seasonal produce to cook creatively,  sustainably and collaboratively.
Every Monday…  Klose & Soan make fresh tagliatelle and delicious sauces. Choose either beef shin ragu & pecorino or tomatoes & buratta and add a glass of house wine, beer or a soft drink & pay just £12.50. Buon apetito!"
