Vegetaran chefs HARA will be holding a supper club on Wednesday 28th March 2018 at The Institute of Light in London Fields, where they also hold a weekend brunch. Tickets are just £30, for a four course tasting menu, and there will also be an optional drinks pairing by Rob Simpson, bar manager at The Clove Club. Go!
"HARA nights is about inviting our community to gather for an evening tasting menu highlighting the best of what’s left of winter produce, and the budding beginnings of spring.
This transition from late winter to early spring is an exciting and highly unpredictable time where we rely quite literally on the next few weeks weather, so prepare to be surprised with the best of both seasons, fresh, tasty, nourishing food.
You will be served a 4 course tasting menu, and if you so wish, accompanying drinks pairing - alcoholic or not, for each dish by our friend Rob Simpson.
Rob Simpson • Bar Manager at the Clove Club & Young British Foodie Winner 2016 has designed a drinks pairing for the evenings menu. Working with some super seasonable produce, some home ferments & local London liquids Rob will serve a drink with each course plus something to start and maybe even something to finish. This can be taken with or without alcohol."
