"After leaving university, we wanted to emulate the simple but stunning pasta dishes we'd experienced around Italy, but seen little of in the UK. Through our professional experience working in kitchens and exposure to the restaurant industry, we knew it was about time to shake-up the public's perception of what pasta is all about.
Our pasta is made fresh every morning using Italian flour, eggs, and semolina. All of our sauces are made from the highest quality produce from local UK farmers."
