fodder's December Residency at Curio Cabal in Kingsland Road, E8

fodder, who have been doing a bit of a pop-up tour of London this year, are hosting a season of Christmas pop-ups at Curio Cabal in Kingsland Road, E8, running Fridays to Sundays from 1st - 23rd December 2017.  Expect 'fine dining gone wild' as they put it - with local and foraged ingredients.  They are also offering weekend brunch as part of this pop-up - needs to be done!

"Following two sell-out pop-ups as part of the Borough Wines & Beers’ Chef Development series (at Brewery Below, Islington), and a two-month residency with Platform 1 (the East Dulwich restaurant known for springboarding culinary talent such as Perilla and Smoke & Salt), fodder is ready to announce our next residency at Haggerston’s favourite neighbourhood cafe and pop-up venue, Curio Cabal.
We'll be cooking up what has become our signature style of 'fine dining gone wild', using local ingredients and collaborators as well as produce foraged ourselves. There'll be our usual tasting menu as well as an a la carte option and bar snacks to go with a drinks menu of 'foraged' cocktails and spirit infusions (we're currently working on a crab apple rum that's shaping up to be a tangy taste sensation!), low-intervention wines and craft beers from makers in our community. Excitingly, we’re also working on our first ever brunch menu - bringing some fodder flavour to breakfast favourites - which we’ll be serving on Saturdays and Sundays.
In the spirit of the season, we’ll also be launching our first series of fodder feasts - a Christmas menu for group feasting throughout December. Expect whole cuts, festive flavours and bottle service for the table. Email fodderpopup@gmail.com to enquire."
