HARA, a new vegetarian catering company founded by Kiara and Tess, is now serving a healthy, filling, delicious vegetarian brunch every Saturday and Sunday at The Institute of Light in Helmsley Place, E8, from 10am - 3pm. Really great food - and good for you too. Make sure you have one of the sweet options too - I had the beetroot, chocolate & spelt loaf - see below - and it was amazing!
