Dani Supperclub, run by Barcelona-born chef Daniel Salvador, is holding a supperclub in Shadwell on 20th September, with events company CURA, combining elements of Tapas and BBQ. Tickets for the dinner are just £35, and this one is BYOB. Go!
"This summer’s menu is inspired on my origins Spain.
4 tapas:
– Focaccia with feta, red onion , yellow cherry tomato and white anchovies
– Potato with chorizo and chimichurry sauce
– Monk fish with vegetables and Black olives sauce.
– Strawberry gazpacho sorbet with smoked haddock
Main course on the grill:
– Home made pork, figs and sage sausage with caramelise red onion gravy and cauliflower pure
Dessert:
Peach and home grown wild strawberries Tatin with lemon verbena ice-cream .
The menu is £35 and BYOB.
