Rarebits has taken over the kitchen at The Duke's Head in Highgate for a month of - you've guessed it - extremely great Welsh Rarebit; melted cheese on toast, with the addition of sauces, beer and more. It's another great example of taking a student staple and making the ultimate versions (see also Gourmet Toast, Crisp Sandwiches and of course Cheese Toasties) - and this one sounds very tempting on a cold February day. Go!
