This Valentine's Weekend Ruffians Barber Shop & Store in Maiden Lane, WC2, will turn into a pop-up cocktail bar, with barman and mixologist Ally on hand to mix and serve complimentary Young Cuban cocktails.
"On Friday 13th and Saturday 14th February, Ruffians Barber Shop and Store in Covent Garden will be hosting Ally Martin, one of Bacardi Legacy's UK 2015 "three most promising bartenders". He will be serving his bespoke and award-winning cocktail, the Young Cuban.
Customers, browsers and passers-by will be treated to a complimentary Young Cuban and instructions on how to make one; Ruffians clients will also be gifted a DIY Young Cuban kit for two to take home.
A Young Cuban contains Bacardi Superior Rum, lemon juice, fino sherry, a dill garnish and orgeat, an almond liqueur known in literature for its aphrodisiacal qualities."
