The Filippo Berio Supper Club with Chef Andrea Zagatti in W9

On Monday 23rd February Italian olive oil company Filippo Berio (I never use anything else) is hosting a supper club at Maida Hill Place in W9 with rising chef Andrea Zagatti.  Andrea has cooked at top restauants in London and Modena, and has designed a menu (below) specially for the night.  Tickets are just £30 - full details below.

"Join us on the 23rd February for a tantalising evening of Italian seasonal cuisine hosted by rising star chef, Andrea Zagatti.
Andrea is a strong believer in creating a unique ‘5 Senses Food Experience’ using the freshest, seasonal ingredients including, of course, Filippo Berio’s premier Gran Cru Olive Oil range from Tuscany, Sicily and Puglia.
The Chef
Having graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in London, Andrea has already worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants in the world; the Michelin starred Mugaritz in Spain and City Social in London, as well as Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy. As a result, Andrea has developed a very special reputation for culinary creativity and flair.
The Menu

Burrata, Red Chicory and Anchovies

Open Raviolo with Seafood and Fennel
