"The first tasting menu of the year will follow on from 2014 with the offering of exciting, seasonal produce with a laid back dining experience. Letting you meet the chefs who cook your food, giving you an insight into the ingredients and processes behind the delicious tastes and textures, and having the freedom to roam the restaurant and kitchen!
