'After Hours' Dessert Pop-up with Adam Degg in Shoreditch


After Hours, the dessert-only popup, is back for 2014 on Friday 14th March with guest chef Adam Degg, head pastry chef at Wild Honey.  You get 4 courses of desserts (menu below) and coffee, and it costs just £25 per head, taking place 'after hours' at Ozone Coffee in Leonard Street, EC2.  This has always been very popular on the site - and since it's just for one night don't miss out!

"After a series of sell out events in 2013, After Hours will be taking over Ozone Coffee, Shoreditch (map), on Friday 14 March, for their first event of the year
Adam Degg, Head Pastry Chef at Wild Honey in Mayfair, is cooking and has come up with a killer 4-course dessert tasting menu for the evening.  Dishes include 'rum baba, ginger granite, lime cream & compressed pineapple' and 'caramelised apples, gingerbread ice cream and crumbs, parsnip mousse, apple compote'.  The full menu is below.
A limited number of seats are available for sittings at 1930, 2030 and 2130.  Tickets are £25 per person, for all 4-courses, Ozone coffee & petit fours.  They are on sale now, and can be purchased here.
After Hours invite London’s best pastry chefs and challenge them to create a dessert tasting menu for their events, held in coffee shops across London.  Last year’s lineup featured chefs from The Fat Duck, The Ledbury & Opera Tavern.
