The Cornwall Project aims to spread the availability of Cornish produce through various means, and starts a 3 month residency at The Dissenting Academy pub near Newington Green on 23rd of September, to run until 2014.
More details will come soon, but customers will be able to create their own banquet menus for groups, selecting their favourite fish or meat and The Cornwall Project will do it at 'a very good price'. There will be a daily changing menu based on what's best produce in Cornwall.
Anyone who's eaten at places like The John Salt, Clove Club and Pitt Cue or Kitchen Table (or has been to Cornwall, obviously) knows how great Cornish food is - please support this.
"As suppliers to some of London’s best restaurants, The Cornwall Project brings the country’s best and most exciting produce to the capital. They have teamed up with one of their favourite and most talented chefs, James Thomlinson to bring something fresh and new to the DA. Expect new menus created daily; inspired by the freshest and finest produce Cornwall has to offer, straight to your plate only hours after it has been caught, picked or dug up."
