Boopshi, a new Viennese-inspired restaurant, named after a term of endearment that owners Ed and Ben¹s Grandparents used for each other, is hosting a preview night at The Camden Town Brewery, with a small selection of items from their menu. Expect dishes like be serving a selection of their schnitzels and sausages, as well as sauerkraut, & beer!
"On Saturday the 28th September, Boopshi's will host their first pop up preview at Camden Town Brewery, (55-59 Wilkin Street Mews, NW5 3NN), where they will serve a selection from the full menu. Expect schnitzels, bratwurst and of course, their secret- recipe sauerkraut.
Boopshi's is the brainchild of brothers Ed & Ben Robson, who first dreamt of opening their own restaurant together at the age of thirteen. Their first bricks & mortar venture, Boopshi's pays tribute to their Viennese heritage and family history with many of the dishes taken from their Oma's (Grandmother's) eighty year old recipe books."
