For one night only The Pig Club are taking over The Dead Dolls Club in Dalston for a three course feast. Full menu is shown below - expect pork!
"The Pig Club is holding its Countryside winter themed pop up restaurant on the 22nd January at The Dead Dolls Club in Dalston. With organically farmed Montague Slow Roast Pork Belly as the star of the menu, diners can expect a night of rich flavours and surprising textures.
The ticket is £30 for three courses. Countryside starts at 7pm and goes until midnight with an after dinner live performance by Sidney & Percy.
The chefs Fabiana Reis, chef de partie at the ethical organic gastropub Duke of Cambridge, and Ramiro Gazparotto, Senior chef de partie at Fortnum & Mason restaurant, are combining classic and free style cooking to bring rustic elegant food to the table.
The Pig Club works with locally sourced, traceable and seasonal food. The pork belly comes from Montague Farm in Sussex and the vegetables from Growing Communities that represents farmers from Kent, Essex and few others counties. They are both organic certified suppliers.
