Ryan Stafford at Ben's Canteen in Battersea



Chef Ryan Stafford, one of the finalists on Masterchef: The Professionals, and formerly of Boxwood Cafe and Fifteen, will be 'mixing it up' at Ben's Canteen for one night only on 23rd January.  It's a £40 set menu, and two sittings, 7pm and 9pm.

"Ryan is a former Masterchef: The Professionals finalist and is a serious talent... just check out his menu below (we literally can't wait to try his food).
There will be 2 sittings. Please note, this is a supper club style event, this means that everybody is served at the same time... so please don't be late. The bar will be open before and after.

Light Rye & Brixton Honey Bread with Whipped Brown Butter
Carpaccio of Beasts (Venison & Black Scotch Beef)

Majii Leaf, Black Cardamon & Valrhona
Salted Caramel, Peanut, Yoghurt & Forell Pear

When - Wednesday 23rd January 2013, with two sittings, one at 7pm and one at 9pm
