Trishna, the Michelin starred Indian restaurant in Marylebone has featured here before; now they've announced three new special nights, one each in January, February and March. The event will be co-hosted by Tom Harrow, aka Wine Chap.
"The second series of ‘Not Your Average Curry Night’ at Michelin-starred Trishna will begin on 27th January and continues to offer a pairing menu with a difference. The nuances of fine wines can be swamped by powerful Asian spices, but Karam Sethi’s deft touch in the kitchen means his subtly flavoured dishes are more graceful partners to sister and Zagat 30-Under-30 award-winning sommelier Sunaina's exciting list.
With an emphasis on fish, game and vegetarian dishes, and wine line-ups including Austrian whites, Pugliese reds, beer and sherry - with different combinations appearing throughout the series, Sunday evenings at Trishna are anything but your average curry night."
