Last week Free Company popped up for 4 days at House of Wolf; now it's the turn of Kemble & Rogers who will be in residence from 15th January - 23rd February with a seven course dinner.
"Having racked up experience at various Michelin starred restaurants including Hedone and Foliage at the Mandarin Oriental, both Tom Rodgers and Thomas Kemble have also undertaken various international chef placements such as working at Richard Branson’s chalet in Verbier and aboard private yachts in both the US and Caribbean. They consider their style to be progressive British with a Japanese aesthetic and are committed to high quality, seasonal produce, demonstrating a flexibility that comes from taking only the most exceptional items. During their residency at House of Wolf, they will be using whole beasts, making use of each cut in a variety of innovative ways. Diners can expect dishes such as crab colonatta di lardo and granny smith apple sourdough sandwich in addition to Sika deer loin, salt baked beetroot, smoked chestnuts, pickled turnips, cime di rapa and parsnip mousseline.
