"Cited as one of the new talents on the culinary scene, DJ BBQ has just completed filming work with Jamie Oliver for his soon to be launched YouTube channel, FoodTube, with a feature episode on 'The Adventures of DJ BBQ'. Promising to 'catertain' you by serving up the finest meats from their custom built king smoker grills, and finishing off your night by spinning some of the greatest party tunes, DJ BBQ is the coming together of three passions : BBQ'ing, DJ'ing and festivals.
Celebrating our last days of decadence, DJ BBQ have arrived with their gigantic American imported Smoker Grills, parking up outside The Last Supper Club to get fired up and smoke out Shoreditch in a barbecue feat unlike any other London has ever experienced before. Serving up an apocalyptic Mad Max inspired smoked out meat extravangana, the menu features 18 hour ‘Burnt End of the World Beef Brisket’ with a lethal injection of Buffalo Trace bourbon marinade, ‘Day of the Shred’ succulent 12 hour slow and low cooked pulled pork, ‘Bacon A-Bomb’s’ ready to destroy and Bourbon & Coke in the Butt ‘Chickens of Mass Destruction’ all served up by Christian and his boys whilst he also spins classic party tunes and final song requests in true “Catertaining” style. "
