Courvoisier's Dickensian Walking Tours in London - NOW FINISHED

Courvoisier is going to be holding walking tours around London (starting in Covent Garden) in November and December.  You'll get to meet some Dickensian characters and drink some special punch, and it all sounds rather splendid.  Tours cost £12 per person, and are bookable here.

"The Courvoisier Dickens Punch Tour is an interactive, hour long walking tour of Dickensian London, visiting Dickens favourite haunts and past residences. During the tour you will find yourself immersed in the drama of ‘A Christmas Carol’  complete with Dickens’ characters popping up along the way! The historic journey will culminates with a well-deserved Christmas Courvoisier Smoking Bishop punch made by Ebenezer Scrooge himself (just like the final scene of the festive favourite) at Dickens’ personal book binders, the Old Curiosity Shop.
‘Guests can expect the unexpected as well as learning some history along the way with locations including Bow Street Magistrates Court (where Bob Cratchit would have gone if Scrooge had put him up in front of the debtors court), the Charles Dickens Coffee Shop and St Clements Danes Church (whose bells are said to have woken Scrooge from his nightmare dreams). They will also take away a surprise gift so that they can recreate this Christmas spirit and festive frolics at home.’"

When - 23rd November - 3rd December, Weds - Sat only

Where - Meet at Bow Street Magistrates’ Court, 28 Bow Street, London, WC2E 7AS
