Missy is Clare & Rona, who met as chefs at Little Duck, the picklery in East London. In July this year they teamed up with Pretty Decent Beer Co when they opened a tap room in the railway arches in Forest Gate, E7. Missy is now serving there on Thursdays to Saturdays.
When I visited I had the Tempura squash w ponzu dipping sauce (see pic), and some roasted pumpkin with burrata and pickled blackberries. I could have eaten their food all day; extraordinarily high quality.
It's also a lovely space - full of wooden furniture and booths, and the food and beers work perfectly together.
Missy also sells pickles in the fridge (I bought some kimchi), and while the beers are on draught her you can also buy their cans too. Swipe again to see the amazing designs; I also couldn't resist getting some of these as beery Christmas presents.
