Chef John Javier (Noma, Pachamama East) has partnered with Fin & Flounder in Broadway Market, and is cooking at a gazebo outside their seafood shop on Thursdays to Sundays, 11am-5pm, until Sunday 16th May 2021.
The menu is a mix of things from the grill (for example a burger made with prawn & monkfish), as well as cold fresh fish dishes like the fish tartare (in pic above), a mix of salmon and wild sea bass, artfully served in a truffle crisp bag.
I visited recently and loved the creativity and the quality. Tip - go early - I got there about 2 hours after opening and the lobster rolls had already sold out.
