SARAP's Filipino Residency at The Duke's Head in Highgate

SARAP have taken over the kitchen at The Duke's Head in Highgate, cooking their Filipino dishes daily til the end of September.  Expect to eat Garlic Fried Chicken, Lechon Liempo (pork belly), plus vegetarian and vegan options too.  Looking forward to visiting!

"SARAP, meaning ‘delicious’, offer a mouthwatering menu full of authentic Filipino flavours with a proudly inauthentic delivery.
Its the brainchild of Ferdinand ‘Budgie” Montoya and his aim is to focus on the ‘Pulutan’ style offer which simply means ‘food with alcohol’. Think tapas style small plates full of flavour and tropical vibes and married perfectly with a tipple of your choice.
Having worked in several restaurants in London including the Michelin starred restaurant Story, Soho House, Brooksby’s Bar & Kitchen and Foley’s, Budgie is now on a mission to shine a light on Filipino cuisine in London."

When - Daily until end of September 2018
