Tacu Tacu, who serve up Latin American street food, are taking over the Daffodil Soup cafe next to Cambridge Heath station on Tuesday 19th June for a night of Tacos & Margaritas. (Plus their octopus & prawn burger - see above!). No tickets - just rock up hungry and thirsty!
"For one day only Tacu Tacu return to their East London homeland with a taco and margaritas pop up on Hackney Road next to Cambridge Heath station.
Old favaourites chocolate beef tacos and plantain with jerk beans will be there along with 2 newbie instafaves- duck with peach salsa topped with fried noodles & a deep fried curry brussel sprouts with mushy peas taco. Vegans rejoice!
To top it all off we will be doing our limited edition octopus and prawn burger- a Baja shrimp patty bursting with flavours, topped with aji panca marinated octopus, guacamole and chorizo mayo. It NEEDS to be seen to be believed.
Wash it all down with some tasty margaritas while listening to some banging Latin music and its a perfect way to get into the summer mood."
