Pan's Evening of Greek Plates at Hand Cafe in the Olympic Park


Pan - led by Greek chef Despina - is popping up at Hand cafe in the Olympic Park on Friday 1st December for a night of Greek plates and native wines.  Expect dishes like Butternut squash, feta and trahana pie, and Beef casserole with prunes and chestnuts, and it should work out at about £30 per head.  It'll be a great evening!

Marinated Kalamata olives
Butternut squash, feta and trahana pie
Cabbage, carrot and pomegranate salad
Fava, onion and capers
Braised cuttlefish with chard, wild fennel and skordalia
Spicy baked feta & kefalotyri cheese
Slow roasted mutton shoulder in wine and bulgur
Beef casserole with prunes and chestnuts
Mushroom stifado stew with red wine and baby onions."
