The Hygge Club is holding a three course supperclub at the London Cooking Project in SW11 on Saturday 30th September 2017. As you'd expect from the Hygge (pronounced Hoo-ga) theme, it's all about comfort, warmth, and good food. Tickets are just £45, and this includes the 3 course, plus paired wines. Perfect for warming up at the end of September!
"We've taken our own spin on the Danish notion of Hygge, pronounced as hoo-ga which entails fusing our personalities and experiences together to create a one night dinner club where the art of comfort, warmth and good food will be experienced by each of our guests.
Expect a mix of light and hearty dishes which will include sea treats and game. This will then be followed by dessert. All three courses will be paired with wines specially selected by our guest sommelier.
We'll be hosting our dinner in Battersea a neighbourhood which is constantly being rejuvenated. The venue which was and old ice factory is now home to The London Cooking Project, a social enterprise. The project's aim is to help develop young talent who are passionate about food. They're also dedicated to sustainability and the local community something which is intertwined with Ollie's lifestyle. They have been kind enough to let us use their space for our Club which we're very excited about.
An open plan kitchen, chilled out music, good wine and a cosy vibe will provide each guest with a unique experience."
