Mina Park's Sook x Pollen Room 3 Day Pop-up in NW6

For three nights only, Friday 26th - Sunday 28th May 2017 (Bank Holiday Weekend), Mina Park's Sook & Pollen Room will be popping up in NW6 for innovative Korean dining and foraged flower cocktails.  I've not yet tried Mina's food, but her modern take on Korean street food has taken Hong Kong by storm; I have tried Anya's cocktails and they are great!   Tickets are £35 - £40 for dinner and your first cicktail - This is going to be one not to miss.

"Join us for an unforgetable botanical - korean dining experience. During this event you will be taken on a journey of senses; from the floral, hanging garden installation by florist June In March, to the foraged flower cocktails by Anya, to a family style Korean feast using wild British plants by Mina.
Mina Park's modern take on Korean street food has taken Hong Kong by storm. Her passion for cooking started with humble private dinners for friends, to kimchi tacos at a night market, to hosting supperclubs in michelin star restaurants. Mina will be experimenting with wild British, seasonal ingredients to bring a European flare into her kitchen for this event.
Anya and Emily started Pollen Room in 2016, through a shared love of flora, they have created a wonderful union of floristry and foraged plant cocktails. Sit under Emilys hanging garden with a cocktail made with thistles, stinging nettle and meadowsweet."
