The Book Club's 2017 Pancake Day Menu for Shoreditch

Pancake Day 2017 is on 28th February, and as usual The Book Club is Shoreditch is pulling out all the stops.  Open from 8am to 10pm they will have a special pancake menu, including Mac N Cheese Pancake Sandwich (drool), Whisky Maple Syrup Pulled Pork Pancakes (ditto) and even Peanut Butter Cup Pancakes 8.50 (double ditto).  Booking recommended!

"This Pancake Day, we will be serving up a delectable menu of pancakes you just couldn’t make at home (well you could, but it would be a LOT more effort than the old sugar and lemon, and who needs that!?)
We’ll be hosting an all-day pancake party like no other on Shrove Tuesday with a special menu of indulgent options ranging from the savoury to downright sinful

Mac N Cheese Pancake Sandwich £8.00
Two cheesy Buttermilk Pancakes served with a generous serving of gooey Mac N Cheese in the middle, drizzled with Maple Chilli Oil and topped with Crispy Smoked Bacon (available Vegetarian)
Whisky Maple Syrup Pulled Pork Pancakes £7.50
A stack of buttermilk pancakes each topped with sticky, crispy pulled pork and drenched in Whisky Maple Syrup for the ultimate sweet and salty treat
Pina Colada Pancakes £8.00
These Gluten and Dairy Free beauties are made with coconut flour and are beautifully light and airy. Topped with caramelised pineapple rings, coconut cream, a caramel rum sauce and of course a cocktail umbrella
Peanut Butter Cup Pancakes 8.50
