Project Awana, who focus on ethical and sustainable food, are taking over the kitchen at Highbury Library in Drayton Park, near to the Emirates Stadium. Serving Tuesdays to Sundays until mid April 2017, expect a fusion of flavours and dishes from around the world. Looking forward to trying this one!
Project Awana is inspired by flavours from around the world, and fostered in London. Embracing each season with evolving menus.
