The Queen of Hoxton's 'Skye Halla' Viking Winter Rooftop Bar in EC2

For Winter 2016 the theme of the Queen of Hoxton's rooftop bar will be 'Viking' with a long boat, fire pits, drinkng horms, and feasting hall inside their wigwam.  Drinks will include Thor's Courage - a hot mead punch, and food will be similarly warming - hot pots and more.  It's going to be open Monday to Saturday from 4pm - 10pm, with events bookable (wisest to check here before you go)

"Presided over by beautiful Shield-Maiden Skye, Queen of Hoxton’s Winter Wigwam will this year be reincarnated into a Viking stronghold. With the help of festival production maestros Fables (Secret Garden Party, Shambala, Outlook) the rooftop bar will be transformed into a Nordic hideaway complete with long boat, feasting hall inside a WigWam, fire pits, driftwood sculptures and a plenty of drinking horns.
Skye invites you to escape modern life and join her band of noble savages celebrating a victorious battle. Raise a skål to Skye and enjoy Nordic nights filled with flowing mead, foraged cocktails, crackling fires and decadent feasting. As always a series of immersive events and workshops specially curated to our theme will be on offer throughout the Winter."
