Adam Rawson's 8 Course 'Taste of Croatia' Dinner near London Bridge


Adam Rawson is a chef well known for taking inspiration from his travels, and on Saturday 17th September he will be cooking a modern twist on Croation cuisine and a dinner at The Table Cafe in SE1, in collaboration with the Croatian National Tourist Board.  Tickets are £38.50, and this will get you 8 dishes from around the region, paired with beautiful wines from two notable wineries.  Can't wait!


"Adam has prepared a menu which brings a modern twist to traditional Croatian delicacies and draws influences from the country’s two culinary cultures: that of the Mediterranean and Central Europe. On the evening you will be able to enjoy 8 dishes inspired by his journey from Istria to Dalmatia, which have been paired with beautiful wines from Kozlovic & Trapan wineries.

Seabass, Lavender & Black Rice
