The Rhone Touch Wine Exhibition with Pop-up Bar & Restaurant near King's Cross

The final ten days of July 2016 sees a wine exhibition at Central St Martin's in Granary Square, King's Cross, complete with a pop-up restaurant and wine bar.  It's free to get into the exhibition - but you need a ticket (links below) and the lunches and dinners in the restaurant, cooked by chef Adam Rawson, cost up to £49, depending on wine choices etc.  See you there!

"This July, head to Central Saint Martins to The Rhône Touch for a unique art exhibition created by Côtes du Rhône Wines and London College of Communication (LCC) students. This free exhibition offers a fully immersive sensuous experience going beyond taste, in the heart of London.
LCC students were challenged to bring to life the unique aspects of the Rhône region’s values unpretentious, high quality and enjoyable wines for any occasion through an immersive and interactive format. The ten selected pieces on display offer visitors the opportunity to experience the region for themselves. The pieces can be seen, smelt, touched, heard and visitors will even be able to climb inside one of them.
Enjoy the interactive exhibition at The Rhône Touch whilst sipping a glass of some of the great Côtes du Rhône wines from the Pop Up wine bar, or enjoy some casual summer dining at the burger grill on the terrace.
Also on offer are tickets to the exclusive Pop Up restaurant from top fusion chef Adam Rawson, combining the best of fusion cuisine with expertly paired wines from an exclusive Côtes du Rhône range.
Flavours guests are set to experience on the tasting menu include: charred leek, brown butter, hazelnut and belper knolle as well as 60 day aged beef txuleton. Those preferring lighter options can enjoy smaller bar dishes such as seabass ceviche or Iberico jamon, green olive and membrio bocadillo.
Adam is renowned for his use of culinary influences taken from his travels across the world. Having already gained the acclaimed award of 2015 Chef of the Year at the Young British Foodies Awards, along with his experience as former head chef of top London restaurant Pachamama, Adam then left London to travel the world gathering inspiration for his dishes, including those on the menu at The Rhône Touch meaning the menu promises to be one not to miss."
