Beards & Beef's 'Sausage Fest' Dinner at Flesh and Flour in Muswell Hill

Sausage Fest is a hotdog-based dinner on Saturday 28th May 2016 hosted by Chefs George Wood and Sam Bryant aka Beards and Beef, both formerly of Smokehouse, and held at Flesh and Flour delicatessen in Muswell Hill, N10.  Expect a lot of specially made hotdogs, including ‘The Groundskeeper’s Willy’, ‘Sunday Bloody Sunday’ , plus a range of sharing dishes.  Tickets are just £40 per head and you need to leave room for dessert, which is beef dripping pastry apple pie, cinnamon toast ice cream.  Get excited!

"The pop up will seat 35 diners and will be priced at £40pp.
Chefs George Wood and Sam Bryant both formerly of Smokehouse, Islington will launch with #sausagefest, a gourmet hotdog menu that will focus on rare breed sausages alongside a range of sharing dishes.
Ditching the traditional frank for ‘The Groundskeeper’s Willy’, ‘Sunday Bloody Sunday’ and ’Not Bad, Cod Do Batter’ sausages, George and Sam will showcase ingredient led cooking with traditional combinations served in a modern way.
The produce will be sourced from suppliers who care a great deal about their ingredients. Being Norfolk boys George and Sam thought it was only fitting to bring some of the produce they love from back home to the big smoke."
