Earth Ale, founded by Michelin-trained chef Alex Lewis is back for another of their excellent fine dining with paired beers dinners in a private room at The Bedford in Balham on Thursday 25th and Friday 26th February. Alex's Muddy Boots Journey took him foraging for natural flavours in France, Denmark and onto South Africa where he learned to create fresh flavoursome beers. Back in the UK he combined his passions for wild food, travel and beer to create Earth Ale, a range of delicious food-pairing beers."
