Italian Jack is a collaboration between Bel Shapiro of Bell & Brisket and and Italian chef Davide Grigolato, serving up British classics with Italian flair. Open from Tuesday - Sunday at The Rosemary Branch in N1 (next to the Regent's Canal), expect dishes like Sausage & Mash, and Steak & Chips, plus brunches on Saturday, and a choice of Sunday Roasts and Lobster on Sundays. It's a great pub, and it's great to see Bel and Davide be creative with the menus!
"Italian Jack is a collaboration between chef Davide Grigolato & street food entrepreneur Bel Shapiro. Merging together Bel’s love of classic British food, with Davide’s Italian influences and styles of cooking. Using locally and ethically sourced & British farms and producers, such as Charcuterie from Cannon & Cannon, beef & pork from Devon Rose farm, free range Cornish White chicken and market fresh fish.
You’ll see some traditional old school British dishes served up with some Milanese flair and inspiration. The weekends are made up of Bloody Mary Brunches on Saturdays and Lobster Sundays as an alternative to the traditional roast.
