Street food traders Burger And Beyond have taken over the kitchen at The Star of Bethnal Green at 359 Bethnal Green Road, serving their burgers seven days a week, through until the end of January 2016. I'm very intrigued by the Brown Sugar Bacon Burger - definitely one to try!
"We have spent months selecting ingredients to ensure that only the best is used for our Burgers, each of which is cooked to order from our beloved Citroen H Van.
We have drawn inspiration from Burger joints all over the world, from London to Miami, Vegas to LA, Berlin to NYC so we know a good burger when we bite one! We may not operate out of a restaurant, but our food is of restaurant quality (some would say better!!!) brought to you on a street/festival/party level.
We look forward to serving you some meaty happiness in a bun soon!"
