The Art of Dining - inc Ellen Parr, ex of Moro - is holding two charity dinners on Weds 28th and Thurs 29th October 2015 in Haggerston, N1, in aid of Action Against Hunger's Syria appeal. The menu isn't finalised yet, but it's inspired by the cuisine of the region, so expect flat breads, lamb, pomegranite, yogurt, and other delicous ingredients to be involved. Tickets are just £45 - Please support this great cause!
"For £45 a head, you can enjoy a cocktail and a four course interactive meal inspired by Syrian cuisine. Chef Ellen Parr trained at Moro, so has a background in Middle Eastern cookery. With careful research she has produced a menu that celebrates the food culture of Syria. Set designer Alice Hodge will create a spectacular environment for the meal, which will be served by candle light.
Accompanying the meal will be a bar (with all profit going to the cause), a raffle with a range of exciting prizes followed by music after the dinner.
